OUR VISION
Our community contribution strategy is simple - to give back to those who make our business what it is today!
We’re excited to invite you to The Warrnambool Racecourse on Saturday 26 July 2025 for the fourth annual Ray White Charity Ball! After a successful return last year, we’re thrilled to continue this tradition of giving back to our community.
Over the past three years, this event has raised $95,000 for three local organisations including ‘The Lookout Project’, ‘Standing Tall Warrnambool’ and ‘LETS TALK’, all whilst prioritising the use of local suppliers.
Looking toward the future, we see the Ray White Charity Ball becoming an event which many local charities and organisations can benefit from, as we rotate the beneficiary each year.
As the Ray White Charity Ball becomes a staple event on the Warrnambool calendar, we see the inclusion of many local businesses vital to its longevity and success in years to come.

SUPPORTING THE NEIL PORTER LEGACY IN 2025
The Neil Porter Legacy was formed in 2018 after the sudden passing of Neil Porter on June 17 2018.
Throughout his teaching career Neil had a passion for helping students enter careers that matched their interests. He realised the many positive outcomes that eventuate when industry and educators work together and this partnership was a constant feature of his teaching career, much to the benefit of everyone.
The Neil Porter Legacy is making career education a priority with a locally focussed and action-based approach in the South West of Victoria. They are a not-for-profit that’s committed to exposing students to a variety of careers throughout their schooling.
They don’t push for students to enter any particular industry or area of study, they show students their many options through organising guest speakers, tours of workplaces, excursions, incursions, hands-on learning and the sharing of resources so students can make informed career-based decisions.
The Neil Porter Legacy is an independent, active and local organisation. Throughout 2024 over 2,000 students from 18 schools have taken part in NPL programs. On 352 occasions students have connected with industry members. This totals 7,531 hours of careers education and experiences delivered.
