Our community contribution strategy is simple - to give back to those who make our business what it is today.
On Saturday 25 July 2026, we proudly hosted the fifth annual Ray White Charity Ball at the Warrnambool Racecourse, continuing a tradition of bringing our local business community together to make a meaningful difference.
Over the past five years, the Ray White Charity Ball has raised more than $250,000 for local organisations, including The Lookout Project, Standing Tall Warrnambool, LETS TALK, The Neil Porter Legacy and, most recently, the Crystal Lee Foundation. In 2026, we were incredibly proud to raise $96,250 for the Crystal Lee Foundation, supporting the important work they do within our community made possible through the generosity of our guests, sponsors and local businesses.
Looking towards the future, we see the Ray White Charity Ball becoming an event that many local charities and organisations can benefit from, with the beneficiary rotating each year to ensure we can continue supporting a broad range of causes across our community.
As the Ray White Charity Ball continues to grow as a staple event on the Warrnambool calendar, the involvement of local businesses remains vital to its longevity and success. Together, we can continue to create an event that not only brings our community together, but gives back to the people and organisations that make it such a special place to live and work.
SUPPORTING THE CRYSTAL LEE FOUNDATION IN 2026
Founded in 2019, The Crystal Lee Foundation was created to bridge a vital gap in care and support for young people from birth to 24 affected by cancer, an urgent need highlighted by the fact that children, adolescents and young people cannot access treatment through the South West Cancer Centre.
Cancer can upend lives in unimaginable ways, placing significant emotional strain on families and often leaving them struggling to balance the demands of care, home life and work.
The Crystal Lee Foundation steps into this gap, helping to carry the load by providing professional counselling, practical day to day support and meaningful memory making experiences that bring light during difficult times.
In memory of Crystal Lee Johnson, the Foundation is dedicated to supporting young people and their families across South West Victoria who are facing cancer or loss, with a vision to achieve equitable outcomes for all in the regional community impacted by cancer or grief.
